Therapies

I use Counselling, Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) in my sessions.

Some of the issues that Counselling, Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and NLP can help with:

Smoking cessation, weight loss, feelings of depression, anxiety, stress or anger, relationship issues, self-esteem and confidence building, grief, obsessions, habit-breaking, phobias/fears such as fear of flying, dentists or exam nerves, IBS relief, pain relief, help with relaxation and sleep and a whole range of other issues.

I work as an Integrative therapist as I do not subscribe to the belief that one type of Counselling or Hypno-Psychotherapy is substantially better than another for all issues.  Therapy is a confusing business and you will often hear counsellors or therapists say that "their" type of counselling, psychotherapy or hypnotherapy is better than any other. 

The truth is, almost all of the many different types of Counselling, Psychotherapy and other therapies are useful and can help a client greatly in overcoming their issues.

Like most therapists who have been in practice a while, I am continuously researching therapies and developing my own theories.  I use many different types from all the major schools of Counselling, Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy in my work.

We are all individuals so why should therapy be the same for everyone?
